Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Not in love with your purchase for any reason? You can request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
- Items should be unworn and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made, engraved, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Free Home Collection & Process
- We make returns effortless: we will send a courier to your home free of charge to collect your item.
- Simply keep the item secure in its original packaging.
- Upon inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, or as a store gift card for future purchases, within 14 business days.
Section 03
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Important
Please report any delivery issues or damages within 48 hours of receipt so our concierge team can resolve it for you immediately.
Section 04
Adding Items to an Existing Order
Any items added to an existing order will be charged at the current listed price at the time the addition is made, not at the price of the original order. This ensures fair and consistent pricing for every piece added to your collection.
